Introduction / Athletic Background:

One of my favorite questions I'm asked (other than, "Are you guys twins?") is Do you do CrossFit? Yes, I have a twin sister and a wonderful husband who both CrossFit with me! I grew up in a small town on Lake Chelan, WA and sports were life. Growing up I played soccer, basketball, softball, volleyball, ran track, swam at the lake all summer long, and dabbled in gymnastics. I started my CrossFit journey about two years ago and haven't looked back. 


CrossFit Experience / My Why:

CrossFit isn't just about fitness, but also the Community it brings together, all while preserving our youth and making our day to day activities that much easier. CrossFit is all about functional fitness and applying it to our day to day lives. Working out with a Community of people who cheer the loudest for the last person to finish is what makes Crossfit amazing, fun, inspiring, and motivating! I love being a Coach because it allows me to encourage others to move and to move well. I enjoy watching people discover new found confidence in their health and wellness journey and trying things they've never done before.
